Project Description

This Installation currently consists of 20 objects that are stacked into each other. They are all made to the most exact diameter to make them fit. The initial idea for this came from a travelling set of glasses I saw in a museum. For this installation I was interested to create these shapes as precise as possible, as delicate as possible and as big as I could make it. Only after I assembled them all I discovered the exciting inside life of the layers. I plan to have 42 vessels that will fit exactly into each other and that will take some perseverance. persevere, 2022, glass, free blown and shaped, 20 objects stacked into each other, height ca. 28 cm
